Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Ordering and Payment
Ordering: All orders for SEO services must be placed through our website or by contacting our sales team. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Service Delivery and Timelines

License: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. You may not resell or distribute the deliverables without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Foresta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation will continue for a period of 5 years after the completion of the services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement and cease providing services if you breach any of these terms or fail to make the required payments. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this agreement will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad Telangana.
