At Digital Foresta, we prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. Since our services are digital and intangible, our return and refund policies are structured to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
Service Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at admin@digitalforesta.com. Any requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Once the service work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted, as we invest time and resources from the outset to deliver results.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for Services: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun, except in cases where Digital Foresta is unable to fulfil the service as agreed upon.
- Partial Refunds: If a customer cancels a service before the work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, deducting an administrative fee of 10% of the service value.
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered and completed as per the scope of work agreed upon.
Changes and Revisions
- Customers may request minor revisions to the delivered services (e.g., content updates, minor SEO adjustments) within 7 days of delivery. Revisions beyond the initial scope of work will be considered a new service request and charged accordingly.
- For major changes in service requirements after work has begun, additional charges may apply.
Service-Specific Policies
- SEO Services: SEO is a continuous and long-term strategy. While we strive to deliver improvements, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, and refunds will not be provided based on ranking fluctuations.
- Web Design and Content Writing Services: Once design/content work is completed and approved, refunds will not be offered. Any further modifications after project approval may be billed separately.
