  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours of Order Placement: Since we assign the work to our team as quickly as possible after the order is placed, cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be processed, and no refund will be provided. This policy ensures that our team’s time and efforts are fairly compensated and that the customer understands the commitment involved once the order is confirmed.

We aim to be fair to both parties. We understand that your needs may change, but as soon as you place an order, our team begins work to deliver your services as promptly as possible. Allowing cancellations after 24 hours would result in unnecessary work being completed, which would be unfair to our team.
